Workday Integrations and Reporting Lead (Workday)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; additional location: Austin, Texas, United States. Shift 1, United States of America.

Salary: $118,900–$172,200 USD annually for the Bay Area, California; incentive opportunities may also be available.

What you will do

• Own and scale Workday integrations, reporting, analytics, and data governance capabilities.
• Design and deliver reliable, scalable Workday solutions for HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, SOAP/REST web services, and XSLT.
• Define reporting strategies and produce accurate, actionable workforce analytics.
• Support data integrity and operational excellence across the people systems environment.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions and lead stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Workday HCM experience focused on integrations and/or reporting.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday SOAP/REST web services, and XSLT.
• Strong experience with Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, BIRT, and RaaS.
• Understanding of the Workday security model as it applies to integrations and reporting.
• Strong SData analysis, stakeholder communication, and project management skills.
• Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certification in Integrations and/or Reporting.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Power BI, or Workday Extend.
• Background in HR or business processes.
• Experience leading a team or serving as a technical lead on Workday projects.
