Workday Financials Integrations Lead (Workday)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement. Includes 18 remote workdays per quarter with manager approval.

Base salary: $150,000–$175,000 USD annually, plus a discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term rewards and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and project-manage Workday integration workstreams, ensuring delivery dates and business outcomes are met.
• Design, implement, configure, test, and maintain integrations for complex customer and vendor requirements.
• Support Workday Financials and Core HCM with Corporate Finance, HR, internal IT teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage Workday system upgrades, enhancements, global business processes, and improvement initiatives.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close cycles, as well as the annual external audit.
• Contribute to the Workday product roadmap and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for ongoing operational success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in at least three areas including application development, business process and workflow management, enterprise architecture, project management, quality assurance, infrastructure, or systems support.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio and custom development using Workday Extend.
• Experience with Agile software development, traditional project management, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise finance applications.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, translate business and technical concepts for diverse audiences, prioritize workloads, and resolve issues promptly.
• High integrity, discretion, confidentiality, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and process, workflow, and collaboration tools.
