Maintenance Supervisor I/II (Industrial Maintenance)

Location: Schofield, Wisconsin, United States. Work may be performed in the company setting, from home, or in a hybrid arrangement; the role involves being on the production floor with the team for 50–70% of the day.

Starting base pay: $85,731–$117,552 per year.

What you will do

• Plan and schedule weekly maintenance activities and coordinate execution.
• Coordinate rapid responses to equipment breakdowns and emergency work orders.
• Manage maintenance activities in the CMMS and SAP ERP system.
• Lead maintenance mechanics and technicians, including training, cross-training, and skill-matrix development.
• Audit completed work orders, safety practices, housekeeping, quality standards, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement, corrective actions, process enhancements, and collaboration between maintenance and production.

Requirements

• Level I: 4–6 years of relevant maintenance experience and 1–2 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Level II: 6–8 years of relevant maintenance experience and 4–6 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety in industrial manufacturing.
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification.
