Superintendent (Water & Wastewater Infrastructure)

Location: Lafayette, Colorado, United States; onsite field operations

Salary: $120,000–$190,000 annual

What you will do

• Lead project mobilization and coordinate civil/underground, structural concrete, and mechanical work phases.
• Direct foremen, crews, field personnel, subcontractors, utilities providers, suppliers, and site resources.
• Develop work plans, three-week look-ahead schedules, equipment and manpower plans, and schedule updates with the project manager.
• Monitor project execution, budgets, profitability, productivity, materials, equipment, invoices, and field purchasing.
• Create and track RFIs, PCOs, change orders, timecards, record drawings, and other project documentation.
• Lead safety meetings, inspections, JHAs, SWPPP activities, commissioning support, and final punch-list closeout.

Requirements

• Experienced superintendent capable of running large construction projects.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater facility construction, including civil, structural concrete, and mechanical work.
• Ability to lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, solve site problems, and maintain project standards.
• Experience managing construction schedules, budgets, materials, equipment, RFIs, change orders, and contract documentation.
• Ability to enforce safe work practices and manage safety documentation, PPE, inspections, training, and SWPPP compliance.
• Ability to work onsite in Lafayette, Colorado, United States.
