Strategy Analyst (Global/Italian Market)

What you will do

• Develop and execute AI-supported go-to-market initiatives and partner strategies.
• Prepare partner reporting for management and recommend new initiatives.
• Design scalable processes and coordinate implementation across teams.
• Build and maintain tracking systems to monitor business performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Identify strategic partnerships outside Spain.
• Replicate successful Spanish-market strategies across other markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a degree from a Tier-1 business school.
• 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, startups, or venture capital.
• Strong interest in the technology scale-up ecosystem and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Demonstrable analytical skills for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish required. High proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; CRM experience is a plus.
