Senior Digital Product Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with some days remote and some days onsite.

What you will do

• Support the evolution of the Monitor & Grow customer mission within the Savings & Investments platform.
• Translate product strategy and business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and customer journeys.
• Design portfolio monitoring, insights, notifications, watchlists, goals tracking, and proactive guidance experiences.
• Analyse customer behaviour, business needs, market trends, and product KPIs to improve engagement, retention, and portfolio growth.
• Work with engineering teams through product delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and functional validation.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, UX, technology teams, local markets, and external providers across multiple countries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar digital role.
• Experience translating business needs into customer journeys, functional requirements, and scalable digital products.
• Good understanding of digital product development, technology principles, and Agile product teams.
• Strong customer-centric, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, countries, and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital banking, wealth management, fintech, or digital platforms.
• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Technology, or a related field.
