Outside Sales Professional

Location: Malvern, United States; field-based role with travel up to 100% within assigned territories.

Compensation: Year 1 on-target earnings of $60,000+ and top earner potential of $100,000+ per year, consisting of base salary and uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Inspect residential properties for pests, harborage, entry points, and related risks.
• Consult with customers and sell pest control solutions, preventative maintenance, and service enhancements.
• Prepare customer proposals, follow up on past proposals, and close sales opportunities.
• Create home diagrams and record daily activities and sales performance in the sales CRM.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, technicians, and Branch Manager to identify opportunities and ensure successful new service installations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from the current state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time within assigned territories and safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to work around pests, enter basements, crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas, and use required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and 11–20 pounds frequently and perform climbing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and other physical activities.

Nice to have

• One to two years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Previous sales-related training or experience.
