Field Sales Consultant

Salary: $80,000–$150,000+ per year

What you will do

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on garage coating products and home improvement services at customers’ homes.
• Promote products and services to homeowner decision-makers.
• Set individual sales targets, track progress, and report results.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through consistent effort and strong customer engagement.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work without close supervision.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and a proven safe driving record.

Nice to have

• Experience in in-home sales or business-to-consumer sales.
• Experience selling windows and doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, cars, or HVAC.
