Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; travel up to 100% within assigned territories, with evening, weekend, rotating on-call, and peak-season schedules of up to 50β60 hours per week.

What you will do
- Hire, onboard, manage, engage, and develop frontline sales colleagues in the assigned area.
- Deliver new-hire training, ongoing technical training, mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Partner with Operations and field leadership to align goals, improve sales starts, and drive territory performance.
- Lead weekly team meetings and recurring one-on-one debriefs focused on skill development and performance improvement.
- Monitor revenue objectives, customer NPS, cost control, customer retention, colleague retention, and engagement.
- Work in the field with sales colleagues while enforcing sales practices, activity standards, and company programs.
Requirements
- At least one year of Rentokil Terminix experience in the designated field with RTX.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare business reports, present information, and perform basic business mathematics.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses or certificates required by federal, state, or local regulations.
- Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
- Ability to work in demanding field environments, operate a motor vehicle safely, use OSHA-compliant personal protective equipment, and lift up to 20 pounds.
