What you will do

• Engage new and existing customers through professional door-to-door outreach.
• Understand household lawn care needs and present customized service solutions.
• Use hirify.global’s sales methodology to convert prospects into customers.
• Log customer interactions and track performance in a CRM.
• Cross-sell and upsell lawn care services based on customer needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, time management, and self-management skills.
• Comfort with technology and mobile devices.
• Ability to walk, stand, work outdoors, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Fluent spoken, written, and read English; must be physically located in the United States while performing the job.
