Salary: $61,073.25–$107,489.00 per year

What you will do

• Respond to client account inquiries, investigate issues, and coordinate transaction requests with Private Client Services.
• Build and maintain client relationships while supporting new business development and client onboarding.
• Support sales activities through pre-call planning, prospect outreach materials, client proposals, pitch books, and prospect-list management.
• Review daily customer and risk reports, including new account, significant activity, large deposit, transaction, and month-end reports.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell relevant financial products and services.
• Monitor compliance with KYC/AML requirements, report findings, and maintain accurate customer account data.

Requirements

• High school diploma, equivalent qualification, or foreign equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related banking experience in a commercial environment.
• Experience with financial products, services, and compliance.
• Experience with KYC and AML requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, relationship management, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and make decisions.
