Senior Developer (.NET)

Location: Ideally based in the Chicago area, with remote work available across the United States and Canada.

Salary: $91,700–$137,500 annually, with potential additional earnings through incentive programs.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation, testing, and support of web-based client projects.
• Engineer performant, maintainable, and efficient solutions that deliver responsive end-user experiences.
• Improve applications by reducing technical debt, optimizing performance, and architecting feature updates.
• Review and resolve complex support issues while contributing to testing and issue fixes.
• Lead and mentor developers throughout web solution development.
• Advise high-profile clients on projects of varying size and scope.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of development experience in an agency or consultancy.
• At least 3 years of expertise with .NET MVC, ASP.NET, object-oriented programming, browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
• At least 3 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, Node, Vue or React, and Git.
• Experience with enterprise software development practices, DevOps tooling, MongoDB, SQL Server, and headless architectures.
• At least 3 years of experience with Sitecore/SitecoreAI and modern CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Adobe AEM.
• Broad knowledge of browsers and devices, plus experience handling complex support issues.
