Senior Sitecore Developer (Sitecore)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$180,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and develop Sitecore solutions across XM Cloud, XP, XM, and Content Hub.
• Build modular templates, layouts, renderings, and components using Sitecore Helix architecture principles.
• Develop backend services with C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs, and build headless implementations with JSS and Next.js.
• Implement content modeling, taxonomy, DAM integrations, personalization, A/B testing, and analytics integrations.
• Migrate legacy XP/XM implementations to XM Cloud and composable architectures.
• Optimize performance, caching, CDN strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and production reliability while collaborating with authors, designers, and product owners.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, EAD holder, or H-1B transfer candidate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least five years of Sitecore development experience; the role listing also specifies 8+ years of experience.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET, Sitecore APIs, and Sitecore Helix architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud, plus JSS or Next.js headless implementations.
• Experience with modern JavaScript, build tools, CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting, performance tuning, communication, and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Sitecore Certified Developer credentials.
• XM Cloud migration experience.
• Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, Personalize, or OrderCloud.
• Experience with multi-brand or multi-region Sitecore deployments.
