What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and baseline enhancements.
• Develop server-side and client-side logic using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide architectural input to maintain platform stability and ensure development standards are met.
• Analyze and resolve system performance issues to optimize the enterprise environment.
• Manage development tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong proficiency with the ServiceNow Suite (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident and Knowledge Base).
• Demonstrated competency in ITIL/ITSM and Asset and Configuration Management practices.
• Experience with the software engineering lifecycle and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to perform data analysis and modeling with large data sets.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
