Project Manager (Business Analysis, Senior Manager) (AI)

Location: Washington, DC metro area, United States; hybrid schedule required

Salary: $160,000–$195,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead project teams implementing automation and AI applications.
• Manage and coach team members while serving as the primary client point of contact.
• Prepare automation project documentation, approach memos, process maps, and status reports.
• Collect user requirements, review software designs, and assess cross-system, cross-organization, and operational impacts.
• Coordinate software changes and operational procedures across systems development, computer operations, and accounting groups.
• Support testing and the development and execution of training.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience involving audit coordination, analytics and dashboards, and automation.
• Experience with requirements development, process analysis, or automated financial systems analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, computer science, information technology, engineering, data science, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Secret security clearance.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule in the Washington, DC metro area.

Nice to have

• Experience developing requirements for RPA software.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Suite applications, PowerApps, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
• Experience developing requirements for AI applications, especially large language models.
