Freelance Talent Sourcer (Recruiting)

Location: Remote from any location in Ukraine

Payment: $20 per completed interview for junior and mid-level positions; $30 per completed interview for Director-level and higher positions. There is no fixed monthly salary or guaranteed minimum number of interviews.

International recruitment agency sourcing IT, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, engineering, sales, marketing, and management professionals for companies in multiple regions.

What you will do

• Find candidates for open positions assigned by the agency.
• Contact candidates to confirm interest, availability, and basic role fit.
• Schedule candidates using interviewers’ available calendar slots.
• Follow up with candidates and help ensure they attend interviews.
• Update candidate information in the ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Watch interview recordings and prepare candidate summaries.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Intermediate or higher written English.
• Good online research and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with calendars, spreadsheets, an ATS, and sourcing platforms.
• Previous experience is not required if a recruiting or sourcing course has been completed and a valid certificate can be provided.
