Specialized Talent Sourcer

What you will do

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define niche role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Source specialized candidates through job boards, online platforms, social media, networking, outreach campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing.
• Build and maintain engaged talent communities and candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, and present sourcing insights to hiring groups.
• Pre-screen candidates, promote the employer brand, and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and other tools.
• Identify process improvements and support diversity and inclusion through broader candidate sourcing.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Deep understanding of and sourcing experience in a specific industry, market, or group of markets.
• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray search, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, research, market analysis, organization, and candidate data-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing priorities, solve attraction challenges creatively, keep learning, and meet sourcing targets.
