What you will do

• Research and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Screen profiles, engage passive candidates, and build professional relationships.
• Manage candidate data and sourcing activity in the ATS.
• Track market trends, employer branding activity, sourcing metrics, and candidate pipeline reports.

Requirements

• Experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related role.
• Strong research, analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in Japanese and English.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience sourcing for technical or specialized roles.
• Multilingual abilities or experience in a global recruiting environment.
