Junior IT Talent Sourcer – Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist (AI)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with up to 2 remote days per week. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Source IT talent proactively using advanced sourcing techniques and AI-powered recruitment tools.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and support recruiters in identifying qualified talent.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing processes and strategies.
• Test and contribute to the development of AI and automation tools.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluent Portuguese and English at minimum B2 level.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious mindset and motivation to develop in IT recruitment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing and automation tools.
