Junior IT Talent Sourcer – Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid work with up to two remote days per week

What you will do

• Proactively source IT talent using advanced sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered recruitment tools.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates and support a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and support recruiters in identifying qualified talent.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing processes and strategies.
• Test and contribute to the development of AI and recruitment automation tools.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in IT recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and the ability to reach top IT talent effectively.
• Fluent Portuguese and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious mindset and motivation to grow in IT recruitment.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing and automation tools.
