Warehouse Technician - Class C Drivers Wanted (Gaming)

Location: Collinsville, Illinois, United States; onsite warehouse role with frequent lifting, moving, and handling of gaming and ATM equipment.

Base pay: $21–$24 per hour; $26–$28 per hour for applicants with an active Class C license or above.

What you will do

• Inspect, clean, test, troubleshoot, repair, disassemble, and reassemble gaming, amusement, ATM, and related equipment.
• Prepare equipment for field deployment or decommissioning while meeting company and Illinois Gaming Board specifications.
• Move video gaming terminals, ticket redemption machines, ATMs, amusement equipment, and parts between trucks, storage, and preparation areas.
• Install and remove locks and identify equipment malfunctions requiring repair.
• Track inventory needs, support parts oversight and camera-related initiatives, and help install gaming and amusement equipment.
• Follow safety regulations, company procedures, state policies, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Two years of electronic technical training and two years of relevant slot technician, video gaming terminal, ATM, or amusement equipment experience are preferred.
• Understanding of basic electronic theory and mechanics, with proficiency in hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and instruments.
• Ability to operate forklifts, non-powered dollies, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, and to obtain forklift certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain or maintain a Terminal Handler’s License from the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Ability to frequently lift or push weights up to 1,100 pounds and work around hot or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and moderate noise.
