Cell Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Faribault, Minnesota, United States; onsite, first shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour

What you will do

• Load and unload materials using forklifts or other powered industrial equipment.
• Set up and program equipment according to the daily production schedule.
• Track work-center data through computer systems and communication boards.
• Train and coach work-center employees using standard operating procedures.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, 6S, and housekeeping standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate support with shift leadership and other teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using powered industrial equipment, including forklifts.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk or stand frequently, and perform bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling, and grasping tasks.
