Nursing Supervisor (Clinical Leadership)

Location: 178 Savin Street, Suite 100 & 200A, Malden, MA 02148. Onsite schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.

Salary: $91,879.42–$117,150.49 per year.

What you will do

• Provide professional and nonprofessional nursing care in accordance with physician orders.
• Supervise nursing staff and oversee day-to-day clinical and operational activities.
• Coordinate patient care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote clinical excellence, evidence-based practice, nursing standards, and patient satisfaction.
• Support performance improvement, documentation compliance, risk management, utilization review, and quality assessment.
• Coach staff, conduct performance appraisals, and develop education, in-service, simulation, and professional-development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least three years of nursing leadership experience.
• Clinical competence, critical-thinking, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under stress, collaborate across departments, track performance data, and use complex electronic clinical and administrative systems.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN).
• Five years of nursing leadership experience.
• Nursing specialty certification.
