What you will do

• Support the day-to-day operations of the People team.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee data.
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage reporting and HR systems-related activities.
• Partner cross-functionally on HR process improvements and employee experience initiatives.
• Handle employee information confidentially.

Requirements

• Experience supporting HR or People Operations processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate employee records and organized information.
• Experience with HR systems, reporting, or employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally on process improvements.
