What you will do

• Build, maintain, validate, and improve dashboards, reports, and visualizations for Cyber Security metrics.
• Support recurring executive and operational reporting on goals, KPIs, risks, trends, and performance.
• Use SQL and reporting tools to extract, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Perform quality checks covering totals, filters, joins, date ranges, duplicates, missing values, and metric logic.
• Document data sources, calculations, assumptions, limitations, and reporting requirements.
• Identify anomalies and translate findings into concise summaries for Cyber Security stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, operations analytics, cybersecurity analytics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL, including joins, filtering, aggregations, and basic query troubleshooting.
• Experience building dashboards or reports in Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Looker, or a similar BI platform.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, and basic analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, data validation, documentation, communication, and analytical reasoning.
• Ability to work remotely while based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau and Python for data cleaning, analysis, validation, or automation.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Databricks SQL, notebooks, data lakes, or cloud analytics platforms.
• Exposure to Cyber Security, risk, compliance, technology operations, incident management, change management, vulnerability management, or IT operations.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools, written business insights, dashboard narratives, multiple data sources, or messy datasets.
