Data Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. work authorization is required to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance.

Salary: $63,000–$70,000 annually.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate, consistent, and well-organized datasets.
• Perform data cleansing and quality checks, flagging and helping resolve issues.
• Build and update reports and dashboards for delivery teams and program stakeholders.
• Pull data from multiple sources and maintain reporting data sources and metadata.
• Support data integrity and normalization across systems while handling sensitive information carefully.
• Translate reporting requirements and results into clear language, and support users of reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, information systems, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Comfort working with Excel and a strong interest in daily data analysis.
• Exposure through coursework, projects, internships, or work to SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience with data cleansing, reporting, or dashboards.
• Hands-on familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Interest in or prior exposure to federal or government work.
