Lead Analyst, Data Analytics

Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Base salary: $105,700–$149,275 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Partner with business and product stakeholders to define objectives, clarify reporting needs, and translate business problems into analytics solutions.
• Design and develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities for newer products and business areas.
• Write, troubleshoot, optimize, and validate complex SQL across Redshift, Salesforce, and other enterprise data sources.
• Build business intelligence solutions with Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Own analytics initiatives end to end, from requirements discovery and data sourcing through development, implementation, validation, and delivery.
• Establish scalable reporting processes, data definitions, best practices, and automation while advising stakeholders on business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, business, data science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related discipline.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting, or business intelligence solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements discovery, communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience building analytics capabilities from the ground up and working with Amazon Redshift or Amazon QuickSight.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce data, or complex enterprise data environments.
• Financial services, workplace financial solutions, wealth management, customer engagement, or business-outcome analytics experience.
• Python or other programming experience, or a master’s degree in a related discipline.
