Healthcare Consulting Associate - Mid Revenue Cycle Analytics

Salary: $100,000–$145,000 annual base salary; total estimated compensation of $112,000–$171,100 including annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead project workstreams supporting mid-revenue cycle consulting services across Service Capture, Clinical Documentation & Coding, and Managed Care.
• Design, develop, and execute healthcare data analyses across complex data sources.
• Map, validate, standardize, and quality-assure data while performing ad hoc queries.
• Build dashboards, visualizations, and standardized reports for consulting delivery and client decisions.
• Translate analytical findings into client-ready presentations, risks, and implementable recommendations.
• Partner with functional, technical, and analytics stakeholders to improve analytical capabilities and deliver client-specific solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant data analytics experience and 3+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in revenue cycle, reimbursement, managed care, or consulting.
• Strong SQL skills, including joining datasets, and experience working with large, complex healthcare data.
• Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies such as DRGs, case rates, fee schedules, IPPS, and OPPS.
• Experience interpreting payer contracts and reimbursement hierarchies.
• U.S. work authorization required.

• Experience with claims, reimbursement, financial performance, and clinical datasets.
• Recent experience in professional services, consulting, analytics, or technical environments.
• Experience in matrixed or cross-functional organizations.
