Care Strategy & Operations Analyst/Associate (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: New York, NY; must be within a 45-minute commute of New York City and able to work on-site four days per week.

Base compensation: $106,000–$135,000 per year, with a performance bonus. Expected total cash compensation: $117,000–$148,000 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze and improve client-to-group matching, attendance, engagement, and care outcomes.
• Build forecasting and capacity models for group planning, clinician utilization, and sustainable growth.
• Identify drivers of clinician retention, performance, and satisfaction and design improvement strategies.
• Design scalable processes, systems, and workflows that improve care delivery efficiency and consistency.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Care Operations, Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Develop dashboards, performance tracking, and executive-ready materials to communicate insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of relevant professional experience, including 1–2 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a high-growth startup.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced analytical skills, fluency in Excel, and the ability to build models from scratch.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Independent, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located within a 45-minute commute of New York City and work on-site four days per week.

Nice to have

• SQL or BI tool experience with Tableau, Hex, or Power BI.
• Experience with healthcare analytics.
