Location: Falconer, New York, United States. Full-time onsite role with a 5:30 AM–1:30 PM shift.

What you will do
- Provide daily leadership and model company standards and expectations.
- Perform warehouse and production tasks as needed.
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Complete daily paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Communicate quality and inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager.
- Support management with financial goals, employee incidents, customer complaints, and policy compliance.
Requirements
- At least one year of distribution or warehouse experience.
- Prior forklift experience is required.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to follow and reinforce company safety rules and ensure team members meet job expectations.
