Warehouse Lead (Inventory Control): Supervising warehouse workers and coordinating inbound and outbound inventory activities with an accent on production scheduling, work procedures, equipment performance, and quality. Location: Onsite in Schenectady/Rotterdam, New York, USA; Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, with occasional weekend overtime.
Salary: $30 per hour

What you will do
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse workers and perform warehouse tasks when needed.
- Study production schedules, estimate labor requirements, interpret specifications, and assign duties.
- Establish and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and improve efficiency.
- Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, working conditions, and product quality.
- Resolve work problems, support worker motivation, and maintain time and production records.
- Oversee inbound and outbound inventory control, driver and plant audits, and material inspection.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Forklift experience and basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, kneel, and twist throughout an eight-hour shift.
- Ability to work occasional weekend overtime to meet business demands.
- Must pass pre-employment screening and be prepared for physically demanding warehouse work.
