Warehouse Lead (Marine Distribution)

Location: Houston, TX; onsite warehouse role. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. (second shift).

Starting pay: $19.00 per hour, with eligibility for company benefits.

What you will do

• Lead picker, packer, shipping, receiving, and dock personnel.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and manifest processing to meet company deadlines.
• Print and prioritize orders, organize dock and picking areas, and delegate daily work.
• Train employees on shipping and receiving procedures and follow up on compliance.
• Research picking errors, receiver exceptions, and stock issues while maintaining accurate system records.
• Operate material-handling equipment and ensure safety checks, cleanliness, and safe working conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
• Prior forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to be trained on and operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other material-handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently and work in hot, cold, dusty warehouse conditions.
• Basic computer skills are helpful; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
