Senior Financial Systems Manager (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage finance technology projects and the system development life cycle.
• Define requirements, conduct needs analysis, and implement finance systems recommendations.
• Coordinate Finance, Technology, vendors, consultants, stakeholders, and end users.
• Maintain, modify, test, and support financial and accounting applications.
• Develop reporting, ad hoc queries, test strategies, functional specifications, and system documentation.
• Safeguard data integrity, internal controls, security, and audit trails across financial applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Project and group leadership experience.
• Strong accounting, financial analysis, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with MS Office, Excel VBA, relational databases, data validation, and report writing.
• Ability to train financial systems users and collaborate with business and technical teams.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with SQL, SSRS, Power BI, financial data systems, and data visualization.
