Manager - Financial Advisory

What you will do

• Manage financial due diligence, lender due diligence, independent business reviews, short-term cashflow reviews, options reports, and Employer Covenant reviews.
• Determine project scope and resource requirements, manage risks, and lead day-to-day client communication.
• Analyse historical and forecast financial information, challenge assumptions, and review daily and weekly cashflows.
• Prepare and review professional reports and financial models with minimal review points.
• Lead client take-on, AML, engagement, and risk-management processes in line with firm policies.
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members while supporting proposals, networking, and business development.

Requirements

• Strong experience in financial analysis, data and model interrogation, and Excel.
• Experience in an advisory, restructuring, or corporate finance environment, including distressed advisory and M&A transactions.
• Experience working with lenders or clients on debt transactions.
• ACA or ACCA qualification, preferably with at least three years post-qualification experience.
• Client-facing experience, excellent report writing, strong numerical and financial skills, and the ability to identify and solve problems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet demanding timetables.
