Senior Financial Systems Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Remote U.S.

Compensation: $145,000–$171,000 annual cash range, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the architecture, configuration, workflows, integrations, customizations, and operational health of Zip for Procure to Pay.
• Lead the implementation of hirify.global’s first CPM tool with an implementation partner and own the product after launch.
• Partner with Data and Analytics to design Finance and Accounting data models in Snowflake and translate FP&A and Accounting requirements into SQL models.
• Architect and maintain integrations between NetSuite and Salesforce, Stripe, Anrok, Tesorio, Workato, Zip, Snowflake, and Slack using iPaaS tools and APIs.
• Collaborate with Procurement, AP, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, GRC, Data and Analytics, and RevOps to create durable system solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Financial Systems Analysis, Engineering, or Management in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise in Procure to Pay and procurement tools such as Zip, Coupa, or Ariba.
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing, reviewing, and debugging custom scripts end to end.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting CPM tools for FP&A, such as Adaptive Insights, Pigment, or Anaplan.
• Experience building and owning multi-system integrations with iPaaS platforms and APIs, including Workato or Boomi.
• Practical understanding of AI governance, human-in-the-loop processes, auditability, and SOX compliance. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and CPQ.
• Curiosity and sound judgment when applying AI to improve finance and accounting workflows.
