Senior Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: Palo Alto, California; open to US-based remote work

Salary: $148,000–$162,710 annual salary plus equity

What you will do

• Define and execute a data-driven partnership roadmap aligned with growth and customer acquisition targets.
• Source and evaluate affiliates, creators, platforms, media publishers, and other partnership opportunities.
• Develop business cases, assess partnership economics, and recommend new acquisition channels.
• Negotiate contracts and payout models while building partner onboarding workflows, briefs, creative guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Creative, Legal, Product Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Engineering, and Paid Marketing.
• Establish measurement frameworks, optimize campaign performance, and scale successful channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, growth marketing, or B2C customer acquisition.
• 4+ years of partnership or affiliate management experience, including strong full-funnel marketing measurement expertise.
• Experience developing business cases, structuring partnership economics, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Experience scaling programs in a high-growth consumer technology environment is valuable.
