Affiliate Marketing Associate (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States; synchronous collaboration mostly from 9 AM–2 PM PT with asynchronous work across time zones.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Source and onboard affiliate partners using SEMrush, Similarweb, Publisher Discovery, Affistash, and Aspire.
• Manage day-to-day partner communication and keep onboarding processes moving.
• Monitor partner performance, create ad-hoc reports, and identify anomalies or performance gaps.
• Recommend and implement optimizations to increase affiliate free trial starts and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with Growth Product, Data, and Creative to improve conversion across the affiliate funnel.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in affiliate, partner, influencer, growth marketing, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience with an affiliate platform; Impact is preferred, while CJ or ShareASale experience is relevant.
• Basic data analysis skills, including ad-hoc dashboards, anomaly detection, and period-over-period growth calculations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for frequent partner outreach.
• Curiosity, resourcefulness, bias for action, and comfort working through ambiguity in a startup environment.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of conversion rate optimization principles.
• Experience in fintech, subscription, or B2C/SaaS businesses.
