Finance Director, Italian and Frozen

Location: Camden, New Jersey, United States; onsite, full-time

Salary: $168,700–$232,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Italian and Frozen category lead.
• Lead strategic financial planning, annual operating plans, budgeting, forecasting, and three-year planning.
• Own the category’s consolidated financial view, performance dashboard, and end-to-end P&L.
• Monitor KPIs, risks, opportunities, and variances while partnering with Sales and Supply Chain on corrective actions.
• Evaluate business opportunities, capital investments, innovation, renovation, and other strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead financial reporting and contribute finance expertise to integrated business planning and cross-functional decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, financial planning, or business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and judgment skills.
• Experience operating effectively in a highly matrixed organization and building partnerships across functions and levels.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive business results.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or another advanced business or finance credential.
• Consumer packaged goods experience, including brand or category finance.
• People leadership and cross-functional leadership experience.
