1st Shift Production Supervisor (5 am – 1:30 pm) (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site manufacturing facility; first shift, 5:00 am–1:30 pm

Salary: $71,200–$92,600 annually, plus eligibility for the Quarterly Incentive Pay Program

What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations and the performance of a group of approximately six or more employees.
• Plan and assign work, balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale, and manage manpower and materials.
• Monitor production schedules, performance measures, inventory levels, delays, and departmental results.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, 5P, and related methods.
• Coach, train, mentor, and evaluate employees; participate in hiring, disciplinary, and employment decisions.
• Support new product introductions and collaborate with technical, supply chain, planning, warehouse, and QA teams to resolve production issues.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience directing an hourly or manufacturing workforce.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and business planning or inventory systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5P, or other continuous improvement models.
