Warehouse Technician (Gaming Equipment)

Location: Wheeling, Illinois, United States; onsite warehouse role

Base pay: $22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect, clean, test, troubleshoot, repair, disassemble, and reassemble gaming, amusement, and ATM equipment.
• Prepare electronic equipment for field deployment or decommissioning according to company and Illinois Gaming Board specifications.
• Move video gaming terminals, ticket redemption machines, ATMs, amusement equipment, and parts between trucks, storage, and preparation areas.
• Install and remove equipment locks and identify inventory needs to support quick turnaround and minimal downtime.
• Follow safety regulations and company, department, and state policies while supporting internal and external customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Two years of electronic technical training preferred.
• Two years of experience with slot machines, video gaming terminals, ATMs, or amusement equipment, including installation, maintenance, and repair, preferred.
• Understanding of basic electronic theory and mechanics, with proficiency using hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and instruments.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and non-powered dollies.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain or maintain an Illinois Gaming Board Terminal Handler’s License.
