Customer Supply Chain Manager (Retail)

Location: New York, NY; in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Salary: $91,600–$114,500 base salary annually

What you will do

• Lead collaborative planning, forecasting, replenishment, and integrated business planning for a key retail or digital channel.
• Own product availability, in-stocks, OTIF performance, fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, and store-level operations.
• Manage retailer forecasts, inventory flow, new and discontinued items, event execution, waste reduction, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop operational scorecards and KPI reporting, including OTIF and in-stocks, and use insights to prioritize improvements.
• Manage third-party brokers and collaborate with sales, demand planning, supply planning, operations, finance, and external retail partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, strategic roadmaps, project execution, and chargeback mitigation across the channel.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain management, retail sales, or customer supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of forecasting and replenishment, financial planning, store operations, inventory management, retailer order management, distribution, and logistics.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Strong Excel and AI tool skills, with the ability to analyze data and communicate operational insights.
• Ability to work in the New York office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
