What you will do

• Manage the flow of finished goods from manufacturing warehouses to outbound warehouses.
• Allocate inventory across US and international distribution centers to balance supply and demand, reduce stockouts, and avoid excess inventory.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, demand planning, logistics, and warehouse teams around promotions, product launches, seasonal demand, and shipment issues.
• Use advanced planning systems to generate reports and maintain distribution plans.
• Analyze inventory turnover, fill rate, on-time delivery, and other supply chain KPIs.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities through data analysis, while providing feedback to demand planning on historical trends and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Mathematics, or Statistics from an accredited four-year university.
• 3–7 years of experience in data analytics, demand planning, materials planning, distribution planning, or supply chain planning.
• Experience with advanced planning systems such as John Galt Atlas, SAP, Oracle, Logility, OMP, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis.
• Experience with retail, international, and e-commerce fulfillment and distribution, including direct-to-consumer channels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in SAP systems and advanced Excel knowledge.

• Experience in the supplement, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing industries.
