Project Manager - Residential Land Development (Civil Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineers and technical support professionals on residential land development projects.
• Oversee projects from initial planning and client engagement through design, permitting, and completion.
• Coordinate project tasks, budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and technical deliverables.
• Develop proposals and client agreements and build relationships with clients, public agency officials, and community leaders.
• Contribute to company design and production standards and support the professional development of project team members.
• Participate in professional associations and civic organizations and identify new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural or Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the State of Florida.
• 6+ years of land development design experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Experience managing teams and clients through land development design projects from conception to completion.
• Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices, including the ability to share that knowledge with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, professional relationship-building ability, openness to coaching, and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
