Workday Reporting & Integration Lead - Senior Manager (Workday)

What you will do

• Lead technical workstreams across the Workday implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support.
• Implement new Workday integrations, including inbound and outbound EIBs, and manage integration enhancements.
• Design, build, and maintain standard, advanced, and composite Workday reports for data validation, testing, and business requirements.
• Partner with functional, technical, client, and project leadership to understand requirements, resolve barriers, and recommend solutions aligned with business needs.
• Own technical delivery for data conversions and end-to-end integration workstreams.
• Coach and lead technical staff while managing a team in a consulting environment.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations.
• At least 5 years supporting Workday implementations, focused on data conversion and/or reporting.
• 2–3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical workstream ownership.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials, Workday reporting frameworks, and data structures.
• Experience using Studio, analyzing and reconciling data across multiple sources, and validating results.
• Workday certification in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or a related area, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Orchestrate.
• Prior consulting experience on Workday implementations.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday deployments or phases, including optimization and post-production support.
