Workday Engineer 2 (Hybrid - Seattle, WA)

Salary: $121,500–$188,500 annual

What you will do

• Configure and optimize Workday modules including HCM, payroll, recruiting, Learning, and integrations.
• Develop and manage complex integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Design and manage complex Workday business processes.
• Create and maintain advanced reports using Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools.
• Configure Workday security groups and roles and support regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration issues, optimize performance, and manage system changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills for working with clients and stakeholders.
