Senior Workday Integration Developer (Studio, Extend & Adaptive)

Location: San Antonio, TX, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Define integration requirements and test plans with business stakeholders, conduct unit testing, and support implementation.
• Build, deploy, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot inbound and outbound Workday integrations with third-party applications.
• Perform complex data mapping and transformations across applications using Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, web services, and document transformations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for Workday integrations, reporting, configuration, development, and administration.
• Support Workday enhancements through impact assessment, integration testing, regression testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Maintain integration documentation and support vendor management and cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in Workday Studio and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML Schema, XSLT, STX, DOM, SAX, XPath, and XML.
• Advanced Workday report writing knowledge, including data sources, business objects, and calculated fields.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical business owners, manage multiple deadlines, resolve complex problems, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to sit for extended periods, travel locally between service centers occasionally, and lift up to 20 lbs. of materials.
