Corporate Recruiter (Construction)

Location: Falls Church, Virginia, United States; expected to work onsite four days per week.

Salary: $67,000–$87,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and business support functions, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and corporate leaders to define candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and search strategies.
• Source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, develop offers, and support negotiations.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor activity, and recruiting challenges.
• Maintain recruiting data in Workday and related systems while supporting reporting, metrics, compliance, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of recruiting experience, including corporate, professional services, or business support recruiting.
• Experience managing high-volume full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and concurrent searches.
• Strong sourcing, intake, discovery, communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring leaders and influencing hiring decisions with sound judgment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems required; Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Prior construction industry recruiting experience.
• Experience with proactive sourcing and relationship-driven outreach for hard-to-fill roles.
