Recruiter (Robotics)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus potential equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Mechanical Engineering, Operations, and GTM roles across multiple geographies.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial leadership to define requirements, calibrate talent, and align hiring strategies with business needs.
• Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing, industry mapping, and proactive candidate engagement.
• Lead recruiting initiatives that strengthen team capability, accelerate hiring velocity, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Use funnel data and insights to identify bottlenecks and improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical, engineering, operations, or GTM roles.
• Proven success with complex, specialized searches, especially in Mechanical Engineering, Field Operations, or Commercial roles.
• Ability to advise hiring managers on market dynamics, leveling, calibration, and hiring strategy.
• Exceptional communication, pitching, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization, data-driven decision-making, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
