What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers, P&C Business Partners, and business leaders to define talent needs and recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future HQ hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Deliver a transparent, proactive, and high-touch candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, track recruiting activity, and use hiring metrics to improve processes and decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate or professional-level roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven sourcing experience across multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and maintaining accurate candidate records.
