What you will do

• Oversee service orders and the daily flow of the drive lane, ensuring prompt and courteous customer service.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide concierge support by phone and in person.
• Sell and distribute technicians’ available service time efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist with diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering required parts and tools.
• Oversee warranty claims administration, service department training, and supervision.

Requirements

• Organized, friendly, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to deliver a first-class service experience to luxury vehicle buyers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a consistent record of service, sales, and customer satisfaction success.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
