Customer Care Representative (Automotive)

Location: Hybrid role with in-office requirements on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Mesa, Arizona, United States.

hirify.global operates a digital marketplace for wholesale used vehicles and uses data and technology to support automotive remarketing.

What you will do

• Monitor a shared inbox for new transport orders and process order entries.
• Research missing order information and contact customers or shippers as needed.
• Maintain accurate order data in the interactive platform and resolve discrepancies.
• Process inbound shipper requests by phone and email, providing timely communication and resolution.
• Update customer spreadsheets throughout the day and keep records ready for review.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, solve problems, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and vendors.
• Familiarity with Google Suite tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in the auction, transportation, or logistics industry.
• Advanced organizational skills focused on data accuracy and documentation.
• Experience with cross-functional team communication.
